The Brief
During the winter programme, the executives needed their business suits pressed before their early-morning sessions — and the serviced-apartment irons were not up to the standard required.
What We Delivered
Irfan arranged a professional laundry service at his own cost and kept a dedicated Mercedes Viano with driver on hand for the full day, personally going along — apartment to apartment — to make sure every delegate’s suits were pressed and ready in time for the sessions, alongside stocked welcome bags and personal luggage moves through the snow. None of it was in the contract or billed to the client.

A leading Saudi automotive group organised an incentive trip for its top dealers — some of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent automotive entrepreneurs — attending a major motor show and touring Switzerland.
What We Delivered
Full Switzerland programme management. At 6pm on arrival day, the client requested 18 rooms moved to the fully-booked Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel. Irfan negotiated with the hotel director and transferred payment personally as a trust guarantee. All 18 rooms confirmed within the hour. Guests arrived without knowing any problem had occurred.
